Scope and Definitions

These Bonus Terms govern all promotional bonuses, free spins and related winnings issued by K9win. They apply to eligible players and supersede any conflicting terms in other sections of the site.

Eligibility and Account Safeguards

Participation is limited to players who hold a valid K9win account and have completed required verification. Bonuses are available only where permitted by law and where not restricted by the player's country. A single bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, email address, identity document, and device. Duplicate or shared-access accounts may result in termination of the accounts and confiscation of any winnings and bonus funds.

Bonus Offers and Activation

On the first deposit, a player may select one eligible welcome offer. Other promotions may be available separately. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. The minimum qualifying deposit is 10 USD. The maximum bonus amount for any single offer is 1,000 USD (or equivalent in the player’s currency). Bonus funds and winnings are subject to wagering and other terms set forth herein.

Wagering Requirements

All casino bonuses carry wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the wagering requirement is 45 times the bonus amount before withdrawal of any bonus-derived funds. For no-deposit promotions, the wagering requirement applies to the bonus and any winnings. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are permitted only after all wagering requirements are met; if a withdrawal is requested prior to meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and related winnings will be void.

Game Contributions and Exclusions

• Slot games contribute 100% toward wagering, subject to listed exceptions.
• Card games (including Baccarat, Blackjack, Hi-Lo) contribute 5–10% depending on the game type; Videopoker 10%; Roulette 10%; Other games 10%.
• Sportsbook wagers contribute 0% toward casino bonus wagering.
• Some games are excluded from bonus wagering entirely; a current list of exclusions is available in the Promotions section for each offer.

Betting Limits During Wagering

During wagering, maximum bet limits apply. The first deposit casino welcome bonus has a maximum bet of 2 USD per wager; other casino bonuses are limited to 3 USD per wager unless the specific offer states otherwise. Bets placed above the limit may void the bonus or suspend wagering progress.

No-Deposit Bonuses: Special Rules

No-deposit bonuses have withdrawal limits. The maximum cashout from any no-deposit promotion is 50 USD (or equivalent in local currency). Only one withdrawal from winnings generated with no-deposit bonuses is allowed per player. No-deposit bonuses and related winnings must be wagered 45 times before withdrawal, unless the offer states a different requirement. If the bonus is not wagered or is lost, the corresponding bonus funds are forfeited.

Cancellation and Forfeiture

A player may cancel any bonus at any time before proceeding to wagering without forfeiting their own funds. If a bonus is canceled, additional bonuses may not be granted until the player re-qualifies under the then-current terms.

Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses provide an active period published with each offer. If wagering requirements are not completed within the bonus period, all bonus funds and any associated winnings become void. At the end of the bonus period, any remaining bonus funds and winnings are removed unless the wagering conditions have been met.

Abuse and Compliance

K9win maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include creating multiple accounts, using VPNs or masked IPs, manipulating wagers, or attempting to trigger multiple bonuses in a manner that circumvents the rules. If suspected, K9win may suspend, modify or terminate bonuses and related winnings and take appropriate account actions, including closure of the involved accounts.

Account Verification and Withdrawals

Players must fully verify their identity and complete the standard verification process before making withdrawals. Withdrawals are subject to verification and to KYC controls. Only funds lawfully owned by the player may be withdrawn; mixed balances will be treated in accordance with the prevailing rules.

Changes, Governing Law, and Disputes

K9win reserves the right to amend these Bonus Terms at any time. The English version governs disputes arising from the Bonus Terms. In the event of a discrepancy, the English text prevails. All decisions by K9win regarding bonuses are final and binding on the player.
